SPC's facilities are located at the base of the Penrose Avenue Bridge/George C. Platt Memorial Bridge in South Philadelphia. From points south of the city, follow I-95 North to Exit 13 (PA-291 toward I-76 West/Central Philadelphia). Merge onto Penrose Avenue, go over the Penrose Avenue Bridge, and make a right at the base of the bridge onto 26th Street. The access road to SPC will be immediately on the right. From I-95 South, merge onto the Vine Street Expressway (I-676 West/U.S. 30 West) via Exit 22 towards Central Philadelphia. Merge onto I-76 East, and take Exit 347A on the left towards I-95 South. Merge onto 26th Street, go through the first stop light, and the access road to SPC's facility will be immediately on the right.
